To zoom out simply using the PC, the easiest way is to press the Ctrl key, and then the minus (–) key until the material on the screen is minimized. The other method of scrolling down is the mouse wheel with Ctrl button in hand. To expand the entire display, though none of the app windows, open the Settings, System, Display window and set the smaller percentage of the scale, the other option is to adjust the display resolution to a larger number, which causes the elements of the UI to be smaller in general.
