Hey folks! I’ve been looking into the new Tengah area developments and came across the Tengah Garden Residence Developer. The project seems to have a lot of potential given the location and upcoming amenities. Has anyone here done more research on the developer or the project? I'm keen to find out more about their track record and what to expect in terms of build quality. If you have any info or personal experiences, would love to hear it!
