Hi everyone, I recently came acrossDairy Farm Walk Condo while browsing new property launches in Singapore, especially around District 23. The project looks quite promising in terms of layout, green surroundings, and potential long-term value. From what I’ve read, it offers a mix of spacious units and is positioned close to nature parks, which is a rare find in Singapore these days. The floor plans also seem thoughtfully designed for both families and singles. I’m still doing my research, but was wondering if anyone here has checked it out in person or has any opinions on the development, the area, or future resale value? Would love to hear your thoughts before I make a site visit.
