I'm currently working on a project where we need to send SMS in Uganda (mainly OTPs and some transactional alerts).

We've tested a couple of global providers, but delivery isn't always consistent—especially on MTN and Airtel networks. Delays and missing DLRs are becoming an issue.

Has anyone here worked with aReliable SMS provider specifically for Uganda? Ideally something with direct routes, good delivery rates, and stable API integration.

Also curious about sender ID rules and local compliance—anything we should be aware of before scaling?

Would really appreciate any recommendations or real experience.
